PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time.
Transit time begins once the carrier receives your package.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, Black Luxe Stationery is not responsible for:

  • delays by the carrier

  • incorrect or undeliverable addresses entered at checkout

  • lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

For detailed tracking or delivery issues, please contact USPS directly.

A package is considered lost if it has been in the carrier’s possession for 15 business days without scanning updates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for:

  • the return fee charged by the carrier

  • the new shipping fee to resend the package

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@blackluxestationery.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description

We will gladly resolve the issue.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products and small-batch printing:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify or cancel it, as fulfillment begins quickly.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital downloads are final sale.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for digital items.

WHOLESALE & BULK ORDERS

Black Luxe Stationery offers wholesale and bulk order options for:

  • boutiques & gift shops

  • bookstores

  • salons & beauty studios

  • school or office gifting

  • conferences, retreats, or corporate events

  • personal bulk gifting

Order Minimums:

Wholesale and bulk order minimums vary based on product type and quantity needs.
Pricing is determined on a per-order basis.
